When engaging with the auction houses, the following guidelines and restrictions apply:

* A citizen can host up to 4 active auctions concurrently.
* Each citizen can have a maximum of 4 active auctions at the same time.
* Initiating an auction incurs a fee, amounting to 5% of the item's value.
* When creating an auction, a fee of 5% of the value of the goods is due.
* Each auction has a lifespan of 48 hours.
* Auctions run for a maximum of 48 hours.
* After an auction concludes, the seller must collect their earnings or unsold items within 7 days.
* Revenues and unsold items must be picked up no later than 7 days after the end of the auction.


Certain items are prohibited from being auctioned:
Items that can't be sold:


* Faction-specific items.
* Faction items
* Items with unique skins.
* Item with specific skins
* Incomplete magazines.
* Magazines that are not dully filled
* Weapons with a durability below 25%.
* Weapons with a durability lower than 25%

You can buy and sell items in the auction houses.

Of course, the auction houses are synchronized between the servers.

Important points & Restrictions

The following should be noted:

  • Each citizen can have a maximum of 4 active auctions at the same time.
  • When creating an auction, a fee of 5% of the value of the goods is due.
  • Auctions run for a maximum of 48 hours.
  • Revenues and unsold items must be picked up no later than 7 days after the end of the auction.

Items that can't be sold:

  • Faction items
  • Item with specific skins
  • Magazines that are not dully filled
  • Weapons with a durability lower than 25%
