This guide will walk you through recording clips, sharing them in support tickets, and uploading them to YouTube.

How to Clip on Xbox for Support Tickets

  1. Download and install the Xbox app:

  1. Sign in using your Xbox account.
  2. Once signed in, go to the Captures tab (represented by three books).
  3. You’ll now see your uploaded videos and pictures.
  4. Select a video or photo. When the menu appears, wait for the upload to complete and then click Copy Link.

Once you’ve copied the link, you can paste it into a support ticket or share it with your friends! 🎮

How to Upload Xbox Clips to YouTube

  1. Make sure the Xbox app is installed. (Download it from the Google Play Store or App Store if necessary.)
  2. Sign in with your Xbox account.
  3. Open the Captures tab.
  4. Select the video you wish to upload and click Save to download it.
  5. Download the YouTube app if you don’t have it yet:

  1. Sign in to YouTube. Tap the + button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select the clip you downloaded, then press Next.
  3. Add a title and description to your video. Once done, press Next in the top-right corner.
  4. Choose the audience (For kids or Not for kids) and then tap the blue Upload Video button.
  5. Once uploaded, open the video and copy its link.

You’re now ready to share your YouTube video link in a support ticket or with your friends! 🎥

How to Clip and Upload on PlayStation 5

  1. When in-game, press the Create button (left of the touchpad) to open the capture menu.
  2. Choose Save Recent Gameplay or start a new recording.
  3. Your recording will be saved to the PS5 Media Gallery.
  4. Open the Media Gallery from your main dashboard.
  5. Select the clip you want to share and press the Options button.
  6. Choose Share and select YouTube.
  7. If this is your first time, sign in to your YouTube account.
  8. Add a title, description, and choose the audience (For kids or Not for kids).
  9. Confirm and upload the video.

After the video has uploaded, open it in your YouTube app or browser and copy the link. You can now paste it in a support ticket or send it to friends.
