Criminal Code
§1 Insult
Anyone who verbally inflicts emotional distress on another person is liable to a fine of up to $5,000.
§2 Threat
Anyone who threatens to commit a crime against another person or their loved ones will be fined up to $15,000.
$3 property damage
Anyone who damages or destroys the property of a person, company or institution will be fined in the amount of the property damage. The attempt counts as a completed crime.
§4 emergency call abuse
Anyone who intentionally calls 911 or fakes 911 calls to interfere with the operation of a government agency is liable to a fine of up to $20,000.
§5 Violation of police instructions
Anyone who disobeys an instruction from a police officer while on duty or attempts to disrupt the officer's work will be fined up to $120,000 or imprisoned for up to 20 months (minutes).
§6 Resistance against state authority
Anyone who actively uses force to prevent or physically assault a public official is liable to a fine of up to $210,000 or imprisonment for a period of 35 months (minutes).
§7 Theft
Anyone who unlawfully steals or deprives a person of their property will be fined up to $7,500. The attempt counts as a completed offense in the penalty.
§8 Car Theft
Anyone who unlawfully steals or withholds a person's vehicle will be subject to a fine of up to $105,000 or imprisonment for 17.5 months (minutes). The attempt can be punished more lightly than the completed deed.
§9 Robbery
Anyone who unlawfully steals or withholds a person's property, by threat or act of violence, will be punished with imprisonment for 15 months (minutes) and a fine of $90,000. The attempt can be milder, but not punished with less than 7.5 months (minutes).
§10 Bodily Injury
Anyone who causes physical harm to a person is liable to a fine of up to $50,000 or imprisonment for 50 months (minutes). Attempt may be less severe, but not less than $35,000 or 35 months (minutes) of imprisonment.
§11 Serious Bodily Injury
Anyone who causes permanent physical harm to a person is punishable by 30 months (minutes) in prison and a $75,000 fine. The attempt can be milder, but not punished with less than 20 months (minutes).
§12 Murder
Anyone who kills a human being will be seen as a murderer and punished with 50 months (minutes) in prison and a $360,000 fine. The attempt can be milder, but not punished with less than 40 months (minutes).
§13 Self-defence
Anyone who commits a criminal offense themselves in an attempt to protect themselves or persons close to them from a criminal offense is not liable to prosecution. The means of averting it must be as small as possible.
Road Traffic Code
§1 basic regulation
Participation in road traffic requires constant caution and mutual consideration. Anyone who takes part in traffic must behave in such a way that no one else is harmed, endangered or more than is unavoidable under the circumstances, hindered or bothered, if this is not the case, will be punished with imprisonment for up to 4 months (4 minutes) or with a fine up to 4000.
§2 Dangerous intervention in road traffic
Anyone who directly endangers the safety of road traffic through recklessness and endangers the life or limb of another road user is punished with imprisonment for 5 months (minutes) and a fine of 15000$.
§3 hit-and-run
Anyone involved in an accident who leaves the scene of an accident without first having taken measures to avert danger or without having made arrangements with the other parties involved in the accident will be punished with a fine of up to § 90,000 or imprisonment of 15 months (minutes).
Narcotics Act
§1 Narcotics
Within the framework of this legislation, the following substances constitute narcotics:
• Cannabis
• Mushrooms
Possessing, buying or selling these substances is a criminal offense and will be punishable by a fine up to the current market value of the substances or imprisonment for a period of 25 months (minutes).
Addition: Official authorities can issue a time-limited special license for possession after a thorough examination by the highest authority chairman. If this is given improperly or without reason, an indictment will be made and the licensee will be charged under this paragraph.
Weapon law
§1 Weapon ownership
Every citizen of Everon is permitted under this legislation to own and carry a firearm. The following is a list of weapons currently classified as "legal":

• M16
This is only to be used for self-protection. In addition, should there be any abuse of these, the individual will be fined up to $15,000.

Anyone who owns a weapon that is not listed in §1 will be punished with imprisonment of 20 months (minutes) and a fine of 120,000$.
