In July 2025, a first version of the housing system was introduced and has been continuously expanded since then.

Each island features predefined property spots around the island that can be purchased. Properties offer benefits such as additional storage space or custom spawn points. However, they also incur ongoing costs in the form of monthly taxes that must be paid.

Properties can be purchased from the broker in any capital city. To do so, the housing board must first be opened, which will then list all available properties. Each island offers different properties. Currently, each citizen may own a maximum of two properties across all islands. Owned properties are also marked on the map.

Purchased properties can also be managed at the broker under the "Manage properties" section.

An important aspect of housing is paying taxes. Taxes must be paid in advance for each property. The number of days the tax remains valid is displayed in the overview. If the tax is not paid in time, the property will be irreversibly released, and the spot can then be purchased by other citizens.

Available house types

Currently, there are two different types of houses. All houses include a spawn point and a storage system for storing items. Further details can be found in the table below. The listed prices are base values. However, they may be affected by the region in which the property is located.
